Who am I?

I'm Emily Joan; lover of ponderous, unconventional beauty. Most commonly said phrase is 'can we get a bit weird for a sec?'.

My work often revolves around a feeling of coming home, finding solace or some sort of resolution, even if the resolution is accepting the fact that nothing will change. My ideas lay somewhere on the edge of reality, occasionally teetering over, sometimes pulling back.

I love tension and melancholy, grit and chaos, joy and serenity, and I refuse to choose just one. I'm an avid lover of all things vintage (bar the values) and obsessed with film. This is my personal style and has taken many trips around the sun to land on what actually makes me happy. Now I want to empower you to go through this journey and find what makes you happy, what fills you up & gets you excited, with a gentle hand guiding you through.
